Members Helpline

The National Council has decided to replace the network of regional contacts with one single ‘helpline’ in order to better co-ordinate and provide a more consistent service to our members. The aim of the new service is to provide assistance to members, either directly by attempting to resolve their queries or by directing them to the relevant person or department. However, it should be made clear that we are unable to provide any advice on financial matters.
